Minimum Order Minimum order quantities apply. Not all items created by Geelong Candle Co. are available at wholesale prices. At this point wholesale is limited to candles only.
Product Samples Geelong Candle Co. does not ordinarily supply product samples free of charge. However, many of our products can be supplied in sample size quantities at a sample price. Sample orders are exempt from our minimum order requirement.
Placing Orders You may place your order by sending a message using the form below. When making an enquiry please supply your FULL NAME, BUSINESS NAME, ABN & BUSINESS ADDRESS. No details will be given without this info.
Out of Stock / Changes to orders We try to have everything in stock. However, there may be unavoidable outages. We will either hold your order if we expect to have back in stock within a few days, or we will consult with you to make alternate arrangements. Changes to orders are welcome provided goods have not yet been made. No refunds will be given but alternative products can be supplied or a credit note to be used within 3 months.
Shipping All orders are shipped via Australia Post or courier, whichever is more cost effective. Shipping costs are determined at the time of ordering and these costs are passed on to the customer. You will receive a packing list with your order and any specific instructions/warnings etc.
Shipping Errors/Damaged Goods You must notify us of any shipping errors or goods damaged in transit within 2 days of receipt. Geelong Candle Co. accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with our carrier’s delivery requirements. If the carrier has to return the shipment to us then the customer will be liable for all shipping charges and credited for all merchandise returned in saleable condition.
Returns In the event that the customer wishes to discontinue any or all Geelong Candle Co. products it will be up to the customer to sell thru until stock is exhausted. Wholesale goods once delivered are the property of the customer and cannot be returned for a credit. Returns will only be accepted if the wrong product has been supplied.
PaymentTerms We accept MasterCard & Visa. We also accept Direct Deposit and cash. All orders are sent “proforma”. There are no customer accounts or lines of credit available at this point. Orders require a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit at the time of placing the order. Remaining balance to be paid in full prior to the order being shipped or collected.
International Orders We do not ship international orders at this time.
Exclusivity We do offer exclusivity of Geelong Candle Co. brand products in any one geographical area. We strive to coordinate a non-competitive environment among our customers by selling to customers that are a reasonable distant from each other, or offer them a different product mix. We do not exercise control over retail prices however you will be provided with a “suggested retail price”. Any wholesale customer found to be selling 10% or more below the RRP will be removed from our customer database.
Private Labeling Private label orders are subject to the same terms as “wholesale” clients with the exception that goods are supplied naked (without labels or packaging). You will be provided with ingredient lists where required and these must be included on your labelling along with any applicable warnings. Failure to include these on your products will result in your private label orders being cancelled. Quotes can be supplied for custom private labels upon request. All charges for custom private labels are the responsibility of the client.
